Can I exchange my order?Unfortunately, we cannot administrate exchanges of items purchased online. If you want to exchange something bought online, please return the item/items and place a new order online.
Can I cancel or change my order?
You can always send us an email to email@example.com to see if you can cancel or make a change in your order. Since we try to work as fast as possible with our orders, it might already be dispatched and shipped. If that's the case, you can just return the package to us, free of charge.
How do I track my order?We will ship your order as soon as possible. When your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email. All of our shipments are trackable through the delivery company. All details can be found in your shipping confirmation.
I did not receive an order confirmation, what do I do?
If you didn't receive an order confirmation and can't find it in either your inbox or spam, send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll happily help you out.
Where do you ship from?
We ship all orders from our Central Warehouse, located just outside of Stockholm, Sweden.
What should I do if I have received a defective item?
If you receive an item that you think is defective or has a production error, please contact us at email@example.com and we will help you out.
Do you charge for uncollected packages?
We reserve the right to charge the customer for the cost of shipping fees for uncollected packages. The amount will be deducted from the order upon the return of the order handled by us.
