SWEDISH ORDERS
Swedish orders are shipped with DHL and delivered to your nearest post office service point. A notification will be sent by sms or dispatch note when your package is ready to be collected. Orders are processed within 48 hours and typically delivered within 1-2 business days.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
International orders are shipped with DHL and either left at your nearest post office service point or delivered at your door. Please note that the goods cannot be left to you without a signature and that the courier’s usually operate between 08.00-18.00 (8am-6pm) business days. You can specify an alternate daytime delivery address when ordering, for example your work address. If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe please contact info@avenyofficial.com

RETURNS & EXCHANGE
We do hope you will enjoy your garment. However, if it’s not to your satisfaction, we are happy to help you exchange or return it. In your parcel you will find a return slip. When you choose to return an item, you will be charged 49 kr. No charge will apply on defective item returns or if you wish to do an exchange. If you miss a return slip, please contact us at info@avenyofficial.com

The item can be exchanged or returned within 14 days of delivery. The product has to be back in perfect condition and in original wrapping with labels and tags intact. Refunds for returned items will be made to the original purchaser’s credit card or PayPal account within seven days of the return of the product. Note that additional duties and/or taxes will not be refunded. For countries within the EU, VAT will be included in the refund. If you have chosen to pay using Klarna, your invoice will be updated within seven days.

RETURNS IN STORE
You can return your web order in any of our stores within the return policy time.
For Purchases in our AVENY stores we offer a full cash return within 7 days and right of exchange within 14 days. The product has to be back in perfect condition and in original wrapping with labels and tags intact.

NON-COLLECTED ITEMS
If a delivered package is not collected, we reserve the right to charge you a fee covering the entire cost of the shipping as well as any additional penalty and processing fees. Non-collected packages are normally not covered by the right to return item.
